house of fun ?!
A LITTLE COMPETITION NEVER HURT ANYONE !
> > > > > > > > > >
alrighty, so here's the moment you've all been waiting
for. this is the official house points thread where we'll
tell you what you can do to earn house points, both as
a member, and as a house. we'll keep tabs on who's
earned what, and the house totals will be regularly
updated both in this thread, and on the sidebar.
the house with the highest total points at the end of
the month will have a banner made in their honour
for the site, as well as some other superneat things that
we haven't yet sorted out. the member and character
that have earned the most points will be featured in the
sidebar as our member and character of the month. it's a
much more reliable system than the usual peer polling
thing, don't you think? this way, we can judge who's been
devoted to Something Wicked This Way Comes! and who's made a
real contribution, rather than just who's the most popular
member.
the list below tell you what you can gain points for,
as well as what you can lose points for - don't worry,
the second part's only really relevant to the quidditch
players amongst you, but if that's you, don't forget to
check out the quidditch rules here, especially if you see
a star (*) below!
there's also a handy little form contained below that you
can fill in when you've earned some points. please provide
links where relevant (i.e. advertising, lengthy posts, new
members, etc) and if you've got any questions, give us a yell!
